  Amazing spacious twin-bed rooms suite with a large living room. Next to morning market & walking distance to rail station. Highly recommended.

  Nice, cleaning and spacious room. Convenient location near the train station. Easy to access all amenities. The club passport is a good idea however need be improved to show all the partner shops in the digital map? Difficult to navigate through the shop list to find the exact loction.

  Wonderful hotel with top class service. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed with fully equipped kitchenette, living room, balcony and comfy bedroom. Location in the heart of the Hakodate train station neighborhood. No restaurant in the hotel, but lots of options nearby, including a choice of western or Japanese breakfast that can be delivered to the room.

  One of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our trip. The room was huge and we loved the balcony and kitchen. The staff were really nice and helped book a few restaurant reservations - which can be difficult to book abroad.
