::The friendly owner is very kind. I came by bike and they let me park without making any unpleasant faces.

::The room was clean. However, the walls are extremely thin. It may depend on the location of the room, but you can hear voices and sounds from the next room. You can hear every word of the conversation. You can also hear the hair dryer. Maybe it was because I wasn't lucky enough to have a guest in the next room, but to be honest, it was really noisy... Our room faced the road, so we could hear outside noises during the day, but at night there were few cars or people. There are no amenities such as air conditioning, nightwear, towels, or toothbrushes. (Some items may be lent to you for a fee.) There were soap, toothpaste cups, mugs, and glasses. Hot water (pot) and refrigerator are shared. (I think the microwave was also shared?) For some reason, there was a pot filled with water in the room. (I didn't use it.) I used it during the Obon period, and it happened to be cool so I was able to spend time without an air conditioner, but it can be tough on hot days. There was a fan. It was a room with a bath and toilet. I noticed after using the bath that shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. (I couldn't see it because it was hidden by the toilet bowl.) There is no washlet in the toilet. Parking lot is small. Payment was made in cash on site. The owner was a very nice person.

::It has very good access to the Bay Area. The room and bathroom have been renovated and are beautiful. I think it's worth the price. There are no towels, washlets, or air conditioning. The walls are thin and you can hear voices from the next room. Parking lot is small. A friendly master will guide you.
