::Great hotel in Hakkodate Close to all the main attractions. The service from the hotel staff was very attentive. Breakfast was really good, and they provided a vegan option which was just as good. Good view of the ropeway summit and temple from the room.

::Very nice hotel, with amazing staff. The rooms are delightfully large and well appointed. The staff go the extra mile to make things work. Breakfast is amazing. Make reservations for dinner!

::If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. A wonderful boutique hotel with a great location, Villa Concordia is a great place to stay with a convenient location near some of Hakodate's main attractions. The breakfasts were beautiful and not to be missed. Thank you for a lovely stay for my family and I.

::This was a great hotel in a great location, close to the restaurants and the ropeway. In the evening, we were able to walk around the red brick warehouses at night. The hotel is easily accessed from the trams. Definitely a good place to stay.

::Loved our 3 nights stay in the hotel, very intimate and private, staff were very respectful and makes you feel like a VIP all the time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love the manual grinder coffee experience and their breakfast is a spread and different each day. Lobby provides complimentary wines and this sweet pudding to welcome us.
