  Please, if you’re going here, double check if the mold problem is solved. There’s mold in the airconditioning and the air vents in the bathroom. Aside from it being disgusting, you could get sick from it.

  This hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the Onomichi station and just in front of the rent-a-cycle center. Its accommodation fee is relatively cheaper than other hotels in Onomichi. However, the room is relatively small, and the facility and building are old. If you stay in winter, you should turn on the air-conditioner at full power, because the cold wind will come into your room from the gap between the windows.

  Cycling friendly city but not so cycling friendly hotel. If you have an expensive bike, I’d suggest you stay somewhere else because they will ask you to store it in a garage that is sometimes unlocked and can be accessed by anyone. Even if you put your bike in a rinko bag, one hotel staff insisted to put it in the garage.
