::Appreciated the tour guide service that Ms. Cheung shared many local and interesting stories. Also, the L shape bed setting allows more room space while we can have chill time on beds.

::Very family friendly hotel that's cool and hippy Lots of activities to do in the lobby and there's also different kinds of welcome drinks for everyone which is nice Breakfast for kids is amazing where they serve your kid food immediately upon sitting. This makes a huge difference for us with young kids Room is clean and nice with lots of amenities to be requested if required Hot bath is mediocre compared to other hotels I have been to across Japan Arrive early to get parking next to the hotel or you will have to park elsewhere across the hotel All in all a memorable stay and will definitely look out for hoshino resorts in the future

::My family of 4 adults and 1 children recently stayed at Hoshino OMO7 Asahikawa. This is supposed to be the high class hotel, but the service was really disappointing. The experience at the breakfast cafe was really bad and unacceptable. We understand it’s very crowded. However we indicated we were able to split table of 2 and 3 pax to get our table quickly as we were rushing for morning flight. To our surprise, they actually let 2 groups of 3 pax and 2 pax go in!!! We thought they were preparing for one big table to let us sit together but they assigned a table for 4 for us!!! How to sit 5 pax? We then asked the service staff if the table beside us was available we could take that. We were willing to wait. They said ok. But again to our disgust they assigned the table of 4 beside us to a group of 2 pax!! It’s really surprising and disappointing. We were trying hard to ask for explanation but they just brushed us aside to say it’s management policy. Luckily a very helpful service female staff called “Mu” (wood) helped us. We were very thankful to her personally. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

::The staffs are really great. We saw the toilet had some stains and they help us clean quickly. The tour guide was really good. He led us to a great izakaya. However the room smelled weird, even though I turned the air cleaner.
