  Thank you for your help in surgery. Due to work commitments, I visited during my lunch break, but I was told that my consultation would be in the afternoon, so I was asked to wait at the hospital. The nurse was concerned about the long wait and directed me to a quiet waiting area with a TV. Many of the people were very kind and I would like to use them again.

  My elderly father is being examined by a urologist and an internal medicine specialist. The urology department went smoothly, but maybe because I wrote about it here, it became crowded.For the internal medicine department, please see the outpatient treatment system table on the web. If there are two teachers, there is a high possibility that you will have to wait for hours. I used to see a doctor on a day when there were fewer doctors, but I had to wait more than 3 hours many times, even though there were no reservations. Don't go on days when there are fewer teachers and on Saturdays, as it gets crowded.

  Thank you for your help in the pediatric department. I had a hard time figuring out the cause of my abdominal pain and fever, so I was transferred to a larger hospital, but later I received a call from Grandpa, who was not my primary doctor, but who had examined my stomach once, to confirm my condition. Thank you for your concern. The doctor in charge was kind and my child felt at ease.

  Worst phone support! When I called in the morning, I was told that the urology department is by appointment only, so I should call between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.If I called at 2:00pm, I might be able to see the doctor if I could come in person first thing in the morning. They say they don't accept reservations. Until the end, I was talking to myself, saying things like, ``I'm making a reservation...well, uhm...what should I do? It's crowded...well, I guess it's going to be difficult after all...'', so I said to myself, ``I'm going to look for something else, that's enough.'' I cut it. Worst receptionist ever to never pick up the phone again!
