It's helpful that my mother's medical treatment, including surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, and thorough examinations, can all be completed nearby. If you change departments, you will have to wait for the first time each time, so you will have to wait quite a while, but from the second time onwards, the waiting time is normal. Faster than other general hospitals in the city. The reception desk is certainly a bit sloppy, but the phone calls are always accurate and polite, even when it comes to complicated matters like changing reservations. Good impression. There are some teachers who speak in a high-pressure manner, but since there are several teachers in each department, I asked them to change their language. All the nurses are very polite. In that respect, each person is different. Because of the loud voices in the waiting area, people with bad manners stand out. It seems crowded, especially in the morning. Once, when I went there late for my first visit, I ended up being the last patient of the day, and the examinations and tests were done extremely quickly.

The pediatrician is very good. Understands the feelings of patients and parents. At other hospitals, only medicines are given for fever, but tests will be conducted upon request. When I brought my two children with me, one of them held me and looked at me. That was a really big help. He performs a thorough examination every time.

I've thought about it many times, and I always think about it, but the receptionist's telephone response is very poor. Even though there was something I wanted to ask, they hung up on me first. Even though the receptionist is a face, I feel uncomfortable just asking about it. I would like to receive guidance on improving customer service.

Phone support is the worst. I would like the office staff to learn more about customer service. My friends told me that the phone reception was the worst, and it was true. After actually experiencing it, I thought the reviews were terrifying. That's very unfortunate.

My pediatrician was by far the best teacher I've ever had. She looks the child in the eye and talks to them kindly, explains things well to the parents, and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions asked. If you ask anyone who has been to the pediatrics department here, they will all agree that the pediatricians are amazing.
