    My parents passed the cold on to their child, and my child developed a fever for the first time. I tried various things, but he cried, wouldn't drink milk, and had a high fever. I was in a panic, called #8000, and was advised to receive the call, so I went there at 3:00 in the morning. The nurse who answered the phone asked the panicked parents to answer all the antibiotics they were taking for colds, but since she didn't have a medicine notebook or medicines on hand, she could only answer about loxonin. There isn't. No matter how many times I was asked, "You don't know what antibiotics you're taking?! You don't know?!" in a mocking tone all the time... I was able to see a doctor, but nothing was prescribed and I went home. I was suffering so much that the next day I went to a different hospital and it was confirmed that I had coronavirus. For the first time, I regretted living in Fukuyama. I don't want to go there again, but Fukuyama Municipal Hospital is the worst because it's open 24 hours a day...

    The contact form is terrible. Since I received the letter of introduction, I tended to feel unwell and there was a delay, and since I didn't know that the appointment was made through the hospital that had written the letter of introduction, I inquired online about the procedure for seeing the doctor. When I called by email, they responded, but I was at work and couldn't pick up the phone, so I called them back and introduced myself as ``I received a call around ○ o'clock and called you back.This is 〇〇.'' The attitude of the person who took the call was not good, and Toroko asked who was in charge. This is where you connect the phone, so I have to figure it out. What does it mean when I call someone who couldn't connect and I can't take over the call? Later, I was contacted by the person in charge and was informed that since there was a free period, I could be seen anywhere, so I would have to write a letter of introduction before seeing the doctor.When I explained this to the clinic and asked them to make an appointment, they contacted me, and I was told that I would be seen by a specialist. I found out that he was not there because he was moving! What do you mean, even though I had clearly filled out the diagnosis name on the inquiry form, they told me to get a referral letter without explaining that there was no doctor available to take care of me? In the end, I was able to get a referral letter written to a place where I could be seen without a referral letter. Coordination is terrible. I'm glad I didn't have to visit here due to my doctor's transfer.

    I went to the hospital based on a referral letter, and although I felt like I was getting lost in a large hospital, they gave me a map to guide me. Both the doctor and the staff are kind and explain everything thoroughly. The west wing was new and I was admitted to a four-person room, but the room was spacious and clean, with a toilet and washroom at the entrance. While I was in the hospital, I was able to connect to free Wi-Fi. Perhaps because it was designated as a critical care unit, I was discharged from the hospital about 10 days after the surgery. However, I wonder why the medical certificate hasn't been issued even after a month.

    The nurses and doctors were very kind. He explained the medical condition in detail with diagrams, and clearly told me that there was nothing that could be treated here. Even though the nurses were busy all night, I was really grateful to them for explaining the hospitalization procedures and giving me kind words. Thank you to the emergency staff at the hospital for their kind words!!!
