My mother is in the hospital. I made an appointment at 11:30, and was not told that my appointment time was set, so I had to wait until 2:00 pm before finally being accepted. He didn't know how long he would have to wait, so he went to the doctor's appointment without even having lunch. I've heard that it's crowded, but to be honest, there's no point in making a reservation.

"Medical care is also a business, so depending on the situation, it may be treated that way. Please go elsewhere." "If you don't like it, please go to another hospital." "If our hospital's policies and responses do not suit you, please go to another hospital." This is a hospital where the owner gives provocative replies like the one above to critical reviews. (That reply has since been deleted)

I went to the hospital because my left knee hurt. An X-ray and CT scan revealed no bone abnormalities. I was told that I couldn't get an MRI done on the same day, so I had no choice but to go to the hospital at a later date. On the Sunday morning before that hospital visit, I experienced severe pain in my legs early in the morning. When I called an ambulance, the doctor on duty on holidays suggested Fukuyama Steel Pipe Hospital. In the ambulance, I heard an emergency worker requesting the reception of Steel Pipe Hospital to accept a patient. Steel: “I won’t accept it.” Salvation: “Why? Please send someone who knows.” Hagane: “It’s okay.” Salvation: “Please hurry.” Hagane: “I’ve been replaced. I don’t like it.” Rescue: “I have a patient going to the hospital there, but would you be able to accept me?” ...I can't bear to hear it (sweat) "I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable." After hearing the apology from the emergency personnel, Fukuyama Steel Pipe Hospital realized that this was no good. In the end, I was directed to another hospital, and after being taken by ambulance and having an MRI scan, I was immediately diagnosed with a torn meniscus. If you don't respond to emergencies, don't be an on-call doctor. Apologize for your arrogant words and attitude towards the emergency personnel! This is the reception desk at Steel Pipe Hospital. I got a glimpse of the true nature of JFE. This hospital doesn't exist. ☆One reason is that the bakery on the first floor was quite delicious.

Please try your best to treat me. It's like a humanistic orthopedic surgery lol. I have to wait a long time, but that's what hospitals are supposed to do... However, if you arrive 5 minutes before your reservation Please don't come to the MRI at the last minute! I can't do it today, but I let someone else in first, so I'll have to wait 10 minutes! I got yelled at, so it's fine to go to the regular doctor's appointment as scheduled, but on the day of the test, I think it's better to go about 30 minutes early...Is that obvious? Because...it always starts at noon, so I didn't know there would be so much traffic in the morning. I thought I made it in time, but I got yelled at... I tried to complain in my heart lol

Originally it was a hospital for people working at Nippon Kokan, but now it is a general hospital with close ties to the community. Perhaps the presence of a hospital that has supported the development of Fukuyama City for many years and a director who inherited its history have a large influence, and the quality of the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff is high, and not only their words but also the way they treat patients. Very kind. For example, when I went to the office where I wanted to pay, instead of sitting down, she came out from the counter and showed me around, and when I asked the nurse where the restroom was, she came out of the treatment room. He comes out to the hallway and points at me. It is a warm hospital where patients and staff all know each other, rather than the polite but cold atmosphere that is often found in general hospitals, and which is often found in traditional hospitals. Although it cannot be denied that the building is aging, there is a Yamazaki Daily Store and a bakery inside the hospital, which seem to be helping inpatients take a break. I started working at the diabetes and ophthalmology departments, and it's a very comfortable hospital. Maybe it's because I'll be switching from an in-hospital pharmacy to an out-of-hospital prescription at the end of June, but the pharmacy staff didn't seem to be sincere... which is a shame.
