::We love Nojiri Lakeside Hotel! Ted is an amazing host and gives his guests amazing service. The hotel is on the lake with an amazing view. Its amazing to catch a sunrise or see the sunset from the lobby. We have done snow shoe adventures there in the winter and paddle boarding & kayaking in the summer. We are looking forward to another ACE adventure this Summer!!!

::We had a wonderful 10 days at Lake Nojiri. It's a sleepy little gem in winter with great access to more ski fields than 10 days can do justice. Ted and his team are a delight, super helpful and fun to hang out with. You'll need a car with snow tyres to make the best of the surrounds in winter. Overall, this quaint little Japanese summer retreat is a great option year round 😀

::I had an amazing experience during my first visit here! Ted, the owner, is a wonderful person who always goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. This resort is an excellent choice if you speak English, as Ted is fluent in both English and Japanese. The location is superb, right on the lake with beautiful nature all around. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a traditional feel to it.

::An absolutely fantastic experience. A great value! The owner Ted is a lovely person who will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. A great choice if you are English speaking, as Ted is fluent in both English and Japanese. The location is fantastic, right on the lake, the nature is beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable and traditional. Highly recommend using the resort’s kayaks to paddle out to the island in the lake; the shrine is beautiful there. Can’t recommend this place enough!
