::Exceptional tasting menu! Our at Noguchi Taro was one of our favorites! As promised, it included one of the best chicken wings you will ever have. The chef is thoughtful and intentional throughout the meal in his arrangement of dishes thoroughly the course and each dish was consistently great. Chef also speaks fluent English, which made for a nice change of pace, as he was personable and communicative, explaining each dish and often engaging in a bit of conversation between course preparation. We enjoyed other tradition experiences, including Kaiseki and Omakase while in Japan, but preferred this meal as Chef included a few traditional items, but also innovatively explored other potentials for where Japanese food can go. Highly recommend!

::Absolutely exceptional, from Taro himself who’s so welcoming and educating. To the phenomenal food combinations and flavors. To different textures to an amazing ice cream. Honestly, one of the best food experiences in Osaka and in Japan JB general. You MUST go!
