I think so. Although the reception area is small, there are large and heavy chairs, making it very difficult for people with walking disabilities or those using wheelchairs to use the reception area. This made me think that this is a hospital that doesn't think about things from the patient's perspective. Although the doctor is good, the reception and accounting staff are not very good, which is a shame. Parking fees are also high, and the payment machines do not accept new bills or even new 500 yen coins. As a result, while I was exchanging money, the price went up again, which made me feel frustrated. If I had done the accounting quickly, I don't think I would have had to spend any extra money.

  Accounting is surprisingly slow! Even though it was very empty, it took at least 30 minutes! What the hell is going on? It takes about 10 minutes to call one person... I wonder how many people are waiting... I didn't know where the checkout was because there was no sign, and when I asked, they just pointed to it and said it was over there. Even if you say that one, which one? That's what it feels like. I felt that the quality of the office staff was low. The teacher is very kind and nice.

  It was my first time seeing a doctor. Isn't this a different place from the one where the young doctor in the morning at the orthopedic clinic asked questions in a troublesome manner, had a big attitude, and spoke harshly to my elderly mother? He said with a sigh. My mother was in awe because she couldn't tell exactly where because the pain was all over the place. Even though I couldn't walk without a corset, the X-ray technician told me to walk to the next room without it, and they wouldn't let me put it on, so I had to endure the pain as I walked. Although it may shorten the time it takes to put it on and take it off, I want the patient to feel the same way. I think blood samples are being taken more than necessary even though I don't have any medical problems. X-rays are also done weekly. It's my first time at a hospital like this. Probably to get insurance points. It's a shame because all the nurses are good people. The cashier was just talking and I had to wait for over 30 minutes even though there were no patients. People around me were also angry. Overall, there was no coordination at all, and even though it was my first visit, the explanation was insufficient. Some of the receptionists didn't even understand the Myna insurance card system. I also entered the name incorrectly. When I asked for a correction, I was told that the kanji does not exist. Don't you know how to use a computer? It is normal to have the same name on your medical card and insurance card. Anyway, I think it needs improvement overall.

  This place deserves better ratings! I went here for the medical checkup. It was a good experience. About English speaking staff you might wanna check with them before coming; if thats a matter of concern for you.
