::Even though it's called dried sardines, it has a rich soup and fluffy noodles that are different from Taisho. After all, when you come here, you'll want to order hard or back hard. The crunchy dried sardines are irresistible. Also, the chewy noodles. Also, the chashu is delicious, really. In other people's posts, there are things like cold char siu with fatty meat, but of course this may be different from the Eifuku type, but isn't Daisho and Eifuku type sardine ramen served cold? But, if you don't eat the chashu right away and leave it in the hot soup for a while, it will become mushy. In fact, if you like something cold and chewy, you can eat it right away, and if you want something hot, you can wait a little while and it will be really delicious. When I eat char siu noodles as an Eifuku type, I first eat the char siu while it's still cold, and then enjoy the char siu as the temperature changes over time! Sorry to those who don't like fat. I really love it. Ramen here. I'm sure you have your likes and dislikes, but I really love the ramen here. That's why I wish more customers would come. The location is along 6 countries, so it might be difficult to get into. But I really love this store, so I'm going to spread the word about it. I want everyone who loves dried sardines to try it. Easy makes ramen with a clear flavor like Oikatsu-san and Katsura-san, but it's still hard. That stinging dried sardine. It's irresistible. Hard or hard back. A spare ball 1UP is 50 yen! ? It's so cheap that I feel bad asking for something. I want everyone to eat it...

::◇Dried sardines Chinese noodles I ate EASY, NORMAL, and HARD. Cement-based dried sardines ramen. HARD and EASY are both delicious, but for me, EASY is a little unsatisfying, and HARD is too boring, so I prefer NORMAL. The soup is thick and thick, with lots of dried sardines. People like it, they like it. The noodles are straight, thin noodles with a nice chewy texture and are delicious. The toppings are fatty char siu, gray green onion (delicious), square menma (a little unusual and delicious), and onion (goes well with dried sardines). The 50 yen replacement ball is also cost-effective. ◇Nibobata rice The dried sardine butter didn't melt easily and the taste was bland than I expected. ◇Following ball A simple mazesoba with green onions, chopped pork fillet, and fish meal topping. I've seen it at other restaurants, but I've never thought that Oitama was delicious. . .

::My first visit was to a ramen shop along National Route 6. Ordered dried sardines Chinese noodles hard🍜 Because it is hard, the niboshi has a strong richness, but it is not too bitter and is easy to eat and delicious. It's good that there are a lot of gray green onions on top by default, and there are onions inside too, making it crunchy and perfect for green onion lovers👍 It seems like they have ura hard on certain days of the week, so I'll go eat it again next time.

::There are a lot of ramen shops that serve dried sardines these days. It is often seen in Tokyo. I think the soup and noodles go really well together here. Of course the soup is delicious, but I also like the noodles. However, I noticed the other day that they had kelp water tsukemen. I'll try that too next time.

::I visited a restaurant I had known for many years for lunch during the New Year holidays. You will be ordering from a vending machine. I had the dried sardines ramen (normal). This soup is made with dried sardines and has a slight bitterness from the seafood. I like that it's not boring. The noodles are straight thin noodles. The texture is similar to that of boiled Japanese soba. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
