::I had the "Pork Curry ¥900" - it had the strong flavor of a bon curry, and the meat was big and delicious.

::There's no one in Kashiwa who doesn't know about Bombay. Sunplaza Nakano also came to Bombay during the days of Drifters' Boo Takagi and Bell Rose's Riyoko Ikeda. I went to Marui so I stopped by. I received permission to take a picture, but I can't take a picture of the reflection of the light on the menu. As I was doing so, the staff at the store kept blocking the light with paper and covering it with their hands, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to do so. The gentleness made it taste even more delicious. ♤

::Lunch time that lasts until the evening. The distance between the tables is relatively narrow, so you have to be careful when talking. The curry is often quite sweet, but the freshly made naan is exceptional.

::Kashiwa Marui is about a 1-minute walk from the east and south exits of JR Kashiwa Station. The second floor is a floor with 10 stores including food and cafes. Bombay Kashiwa Marui branch, a curry restaurant located in the central area, specializes in takeout curry. The food is sterilized and prepared at the store, so you can enjoy the flavor as it comes from the store. Curry shop Bombay is a long-established restaurant in Kashiwa that was founded in 1968. Aside from Kashiwako, he is quite famous among the citizens of Matsudo, Noda, and Nagareyama. The restaurant is often crowded and you can't just walk in, but it's nice to be able to order take-out. When I visited around 8pm on a weekend, there were no customers. Looking at the menu, we see that: chicken curry (chicken, regular) 800 yen, Indian curry (chicken, spicy) 830 yen, Kashmir curry (chicken, extra spicy) 880 yen, pork curry (pork, regular) 900 yen, korma curry (chicken, medium) Dry) 880 yen, Bombay Keema (minced chicken, regular) 880 yen, Iced Chai 350 yen. After 6pm, all curry is priced at 750 yen. Retort curry is available at the sales counter, and Kashiwa Keema Curry (medium/very spicy) costs 756 yen. After 6pm, it becomes more expensive than any other curry. They used to sell croquettes, but I couldn't find them this time. *Kashmiri curry (chicken, extra spicy) 880 yen → 750 yen Bombay's most popular item for 45 years. The deliciousness of chaos amidst the spiciness. I used to discount 700 yen to about 540 yen, but I guess it can't be helped. When I got it back home, the container seemed to leak less juice than before. The rice is hard and has a good finish. After eating about half of the rice and curry, I reached the limit of spiciness, so I cooled down with yogurt and ice cream. I ate it the next day and managed to finish it all. I feel like the amount of roux has decreased compared to before due to the change in the container. In the first place, Kashmiri is so spicy that people sometimes end up leaving it at restaurants, so I felt it would be useful to take it out.

::Today's curry set today was Korma Curry in bento style! In fact I'm already addicted to Kashiwa Bombay’s “Kashmir Curry”, but the main shop was closed on Monday, so here I am, at Bombay’s convenient outpost just beside Kashiwa Station and decided to explore their other not-so-hot but tasty menu. Taste was right and it was only 500y today. I really like those two Bombays and their kin, Matsudo Mumbai.
