  Restaurant food is delicious. Did not stay in hotel, but atmosphere seems like it is very good.

  Avoid this hotel! We booked a room 8 months in advance and upon arriving they said the couldn't find our reservation. We understand this type of problems can happen, but the lack of willingness to find a solution was what really made me rank their service as one of the lowest I have ever found in Japan.

  Amazing experience! The restaurant is amazing, everyday dinner changes every day! The spa (onsen) is absolutely amazing! They gave you all the amenities (toothbrush, slippers, yukata and shampoo, conditioner and so on)!
