::The hotel is maintained in very good condition with delicate decorations around the lobby. The room is very clean and tidy, everything is flawlessly functional. Breakfast options are not much but more than enough. I noticed quality in most food in breakfast lineup, impressive. The hotel is just next to the train station, and its location is walkable to old district for sightseeing as well. Super accessible location to everywhere.

::The location is excellent. It's walking distance to several train stations and attractions like the Warehouse district and Candy Alley. There is a street behind where you can find many resturants. However, breakfast options are quite limited. Rooms rates are very reasonable. Staff are very helpful and approachable. There is a large sheltered parking lot next to the hotel if you intend to drive there. The daily rates are very reasonable. Do inform the hotel staff that you drove and pass them the parking ticket. The hotel has a pretty lobby, but the rooms looks tired. Nevertheless, it is clean. The size is comparable to a typical room in Tokyo. There is no laundromat in the property, which would be useful for guests that stayed for several days.

::The walls of the room were very thin making it difficult to sleep for all the noise from our neighbours rooms. The location is very convenient. The hotel is pretty old, and breakfast is expensive. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

::Perfectly location..right next to the train station. The hotel is definitely in need of TLC...the corridors and rooms are a bit knocked about and have seen better days...they are quite tired looking. But the rooms are immaculately clean...we stayed 18 days and had clean linen every day...toiletries topped up every day, also the staff are impeccable, in all departments. Nothing too much trouble. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would booked again without hesitation .
