::At dinner time, I went to [Hokkaido Ramen Namara] along National Route 41 in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture. This is a store that I've always been interested in every time I passed by. There is a sign on the wall saying that tonkotsu miso is the most popular in Hokkaido. Then, I wanted to eat pork bone miso, so I ordered [Roasted special miso ramen] ❗ There's also a sign on the ticket vending machine that says ``We've started making homemade spicy gyoza,'' and when you see that, you'll want to try it. Click the spicy gyoza button. If you look at the back of the spicy gyoza, you can see the red filling inside through the skin. It tasted like kimchi mixed with bean paste. The special roasted miso ramen is made by Morizumi Seimen, whose noodles have been the backbone of a famous Sapporo ramen restaurant for over 60 years. The yellow egg noodles were medium-thick and very filling. The char siu is thick and fluffy. The soup had a nice flavor from the flavored oil from the stir-fried vegetables, and the richness of the butter and ginger went really well together. They also carry Genghis Khan, so next time I'll try Genghis Khan. It was mildly delicious. Belly bread❗ Thank you for the meal❗

::I came to the store to be introduced. Smoked special miso ramen - call 🍜 There are many ingredients such as bean sprouts and green onions, and the amount is enough to please a male craftsman. The miso is not too spicy and easy to eat, and lunch is free of rice. Especially the Charyaki is soft and big 🥩 If you really want to eat miso, this is the place to go ✌️☺️ There were side dishes as well, so I ate a lot and was satisfied😋

::Hokkaido Ramen Namara Smoked special miso ramen It was a while ago, but I was finally able to go to a store that I had been interested in for a while. A few years ago, they had a limited edition hair crab ramen, but they don't have it anymore, so I was interested in it as a miso ramen restaurant. Since the noodles are shipped directly from Hokkaido, I entered the store wondering if it was Nishiyama Seimen or Morizumi Seimen. I visited at night, and there were several customers in the store as it was a one-off operation. Everyone was eating, so I was able to order without waiting. When you enter the entrance, there is a ticket machine, and since this is your first visit, you choose the main course, the smoked special miso ramen, and take a seat. I handed over my meal ticket and waited for a while. The menu and noodles are written on the counter, and I was a little happy that this time it was Morizumi Seimen, thinking that I would be able to taste the authentic Hokkaido feeling. A few minutes of waiting. A large bowl of black rice bowl was brought to me with the aroma of fragrant miso. Steam rises from the bowl in front of you, so you can expect it to be piping hot. It looks delicious. First, take a bite of the soup...(^_^) It's piping hot. delicious. The miso flavor isn't as strong as I expected, and the first bite feels rather mild. In Hokkaido, it seems that they often put a lot of oil on the surface to keep it from getting cold, but maybe the oil is what gives it that mild taste, even though it's not on the surface that much. Although the base is pork bone, there is no pork bone smell and it is a delicious soup that goes well with miso. The noodles are thick curly noodles made by Morizumi Seimen that are chewy and springy. The slightly yellowish noodles are made with a high amount of water, and the curls are coated in the soup, making the noodles and soup taste even better when eaten together. Even with a little lift, the ramen feels voluminous, and the texture, chewiness, crispness, and smoothness all remind me of the ramen I had in Hokkaido. Is delicious. The ingredients are green onion, bean sprouts, menma, grated ginger, and chashu pork. The bean sprouts seem to have been stir-fried, but the other ingredients are added later, but the portion is quite large. If you eat a little bit at a time with the bean sprouts and soup, then mix it with the green onions and other ingredients to add the miso flavor and enjoy it. The char siu is large and thick, but it has a soft texture that makes it easy to cut with chopsticks. The seasoning is light and you don't really notice it, but when you eat it with the soup, it's a perfect seasoning. Is delicious. Enjoy Morizumi Seimen's delicious noodles while feeling the aroma of miso that comes from cooking in the store, and enjoy your meal slowly without rushing. was delicious. Thank you for the meal. ::lunch time I want to eat miso, I went here Parking lot for about 10 cars Might be a little difficult to stop Ticket vending machine system at the entrance There are about 4 spacious tables. About 7 seats at the counter A woman with bright hair greets the receptionist in a pleasant manner, and there is also a woman cooking in the kitchen. I can't see the kitchen, but the style is probably to stir-fry the vegetables in a wok and then make the soup. It's definitely inspired by Hokkaido. What I received was roasted special miso ramen for 850 yen. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles with a chewy texture. This is my favorite type! The soup was made with pork bone miso, and I felt that the pork bone was slightly interfering with the taste. . The large grilled pork is soft and delicious. What I want you to try is fried rice It was a little watery, and the rice was completely moist. Maybe that's why the taste is uneven. If you use a classic trick, you can instantly make grilled pork delicious. Finally, menu pops should be changed as soon as possible. If you don't have hairy crab ramen, delete it.
