  CUISINE China Rin. A Chinese and dim sum restaurant in Kitanagoya that I've always wanted to visit. It's quite a popular restaurant, so of course I made a reservation and visited on a Sunday afternoon. Of course, the restaurant was packed for Sunday lunch. This time I ordered "A Lunch (Tianshin Meal)" "B lunch (dandan noodles)" "D Lunch (Dim Sum)" For the time being, I ordered ``Tenshin Meal'', ``Dan Dan Noodles'', and ``Dim Sum'' that I was interested in at this restaurant. The eggs in Tenshinhan rice are fluffy, and the bean paste has a mild flavor. The tandan noodles have a strong richness and a strong sweetness, but they are also spicier and delicious than I expected. The flavor of star anise is quite an accent. The dim sum lunch includes xiao long bao, shrimp dumplings, two types of shumai, today's dim sum, boiled dumplings, spring rolls, shrimp bread, gomoku chimaki, soup, salad, and dessert, making for a luxurious lunch that will satisfy dim sum lovers. Each piece is delicious, and at 2,080 yen, it's a great value. The customer service was polite and the lunch was satisfying. In addition to the dim sum lunch, the D lunch that I received that day also has a ``shrimp lunch'' where you can enjoy shrimp dishes such as shrimp chili, shrimp mayo, and shrimp dumplings, so I am very interested in it, so I will try it next time.

  A local shop I've always wanted to go to I was able to go on a weekday after returning from the gym, so I visited by myself. I heard that my homeroom teacher at school was a friend of the chef, so I was really looking forward to seeing what it was like! The restaurant has a beautiful Chinese style and the menu is just right, not too many. I was a little disappointed because I had bad timing and came in at a time when there were a lot of customers, so it was busy with only one person inside and outside, and water and food didn't come out for over 30 minutes. Hey? That's what I thought. However, the food is definitely top notch! You can definitely enjoy every dish from this popular restaurant. It's a waste to go alone, I want to go with someone next time.

  I was curious about a Michelin-listed Chinese restaurant in Kitanagoya, so I went there for lunch on a holiday. The interior of the store has a luxurious, modern, and calm atmosphere. It was quite busy, so I made a reservation and it was a great decision. For the lunch menu, A to C are very good value and they also include Tenshinhan and Tandan noodles, so I ordered them. ◆A Lunch Tenshin Meshi (1,100 yen) ◆C Lunch Tantan Noodles (1,400 yen) ◆Special Almond Tofu (550 yen) ◇Draft Beer (550 yen) The Tenshin Meshi you are looking for is like omelet rice wrapped in fluffy egg, but it is deep. The rich and rich bean paste mixes perfectly with the fluffy egg, making it extremely delicious! ! ! This is already the highest level of Tenshin rice ever. The dandan noodles also have a rich flavor and a strong spiciness, and the specially made hard noodles mix perfectly with the soup, making it an exquisite dish. The additional special almond tofu was luxurious, like a parfait, and the milky and sweet mousse was also amazing. The customer service at the store was also very nice and polite.

  I went to Rin's for the first time in a while. I had only visited this restaurant for lunch, so I went there at night to check it out. Pork belly shabu-shabu style 1100 yen Like octagon? It was a refreshing sauce with a nice aroma. Dim sum tower 880 yen Shumai, xiaolongbao, shrimp dumplings You can enjoy each flavor and it feels like a good deal. Shrimp chili, shrimp mayonnaise 2 items 1580 yen Comparing the two flavors was also a good deal. Spring rolls 750 yen The skin was crispy and delicious. Dandan noodles 1080 yen It had a good sesame aroma and flavor, and a mellow taste.

  This place was 😋delicious. Unfortunately I thought that they needed about 3 more people working there. It was hard to ask for water refills because the servers were super busy. Also if you want to go to this restaurant you definitely need a reservation.
