While I was in the hospital, the nurses, cleaning staff, office staff, caregivers, OT, PT, and consultation room staff were all very kind and caring. It was a warm hospital for me. thank you.

It's so bad that I don't even want to give it one star. First of all, the ward smells like urine. Is it because the cleaning is not done properly? That's my impression. And it's supposed to be a "rehabilitation" hospital. I can't even do any kind of rehabilitation. There was no improvement during the hospital stay. I feel like my condition is the same or worse than it was before admission, but on the in-hospital evaluation chart, my score was higher than before admission. It gives the impression that the patient's pre-hospitalization score was lowered by the same amount as the patient's score, but the score was raised in subsequent evaluations, giving the illusion that the patient had gotten better. There is also a lack of communication within the hospital. The teachers and nurses also had a mocking attitude, In particular, the director tried calling people with dementia, and said that what you think of dementia is different from what I (the doctor) think of. He was quite incoherent and I couldn't understand him, so I gave up on him at the end. I was told that the only way to train me to swallow was to have a gastrostomy, so I was reluctant to have a gastrostomy, but even though I had made up my mind, they wouldn't allow me to do any swallowing training. If you ask me why you don't do it, "Is it okay if I swallow it?" yes, Is there anyone who can answer that? It's funny. Isn't it supposed to be rehabilitated by monitoring the child to prevent aspiration and gradually supporting him/her so that he/she can eat again? If it was determined that there was a possibility of aspiration and rehabilitation was not possible, why did they proceed with a gastrostomy? Anyway, it was the worst hospital, with no support for the patients and their families, and no communication.
