I don't really want to give stars! While I was stopped, I was rear-ended and had a traffic accident.I was having pain in my neck and pain and numbness from my lower back to my legs, so I was transferred from another hospital. The doctor didn't even read the referral letter, didn't listen to what the patient had to say, and just sat at the computer (intimidating), and the woman sat at the computer, which made me feel really bad. When I went there again, I was told unilaterally that I didn't have to come again. I'm not doing anything, I'm not saying anything! When I said, "My neck hurts," he scowled and got angry, saying, "You didn't say anything about my neck!" (I need medicine! I don't need it!) (I need it because it hurts). However, I am nervous about going to the hospital because of Dr. Dokuhara. Also, my mother collapsed due to subarachnoid hemorrhage and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, but during the second surgery, they left her in the wheelchair in front of the elevator because there was an emergency, and no one was there. I ended up never returning home, but I don't regret it because it was a mistake.

All of the doctors have attitudes that make it hard to believe that they are psychiatrists. The doctor I saw for the first time was my primary doctor, but I didn't get along well with him, so I didn't feel comfortable going to the hospital, so I went to a different doctor on the day of the week and was turned away. I went because the nurse told me, ``If your current doctor doesn't suit you, you should try a different doctor on the day of the week,'' but I was disappointed that he treated me that way. If you are considering going to a psychiatrist, it is better not to go here. There are no proper doctors here.

My number insurance card is supported. I go to a cardiologist every month. Appointments are prioritized, so you won't have to wait too long to be seen. There are many teachers in other departments who are easy to talk to. There is also an emergency department, so I use it at night when I suddenly feel unwell. Until 2023, gastrointestinal examinations could be performed on the same day at the gastroenterology department without an appointment, but apparently the doctor has retired and now requires an appointment. Depending on the day of the week, you may be able to see an orthopedic surgeon at the reception desk on the same day, but the reception will close before 8 a.m. when capacity is reached. Many of our patients receive referrals from private hospitals. Deferred payment is now possible from 2024. Hospitals are still under restrictions to prevent coronavirus infection, so visiting people in the hospital is difficult ^^; There is a store and a restaurant. The parking lot in front of the hospital is small, but there are private parking lots nearby, up to number 4.

I visited the emergency department. Miraculously, there were no other patients, so it was over quickly. I was told to go to the place that says cash register to pay, and when I went there, I saw a bunch of office workers gathered at the back, probably in a meeting? They were doing something like this, and where it was written as cash register, there was a sign that said please go to another checkout. Even though I was told to go, the first responder told me to go to the place where the register was written, so I waited. But no matter how long I waited, the meeting didn't end, and I was already dizzy with a high fever, so I asked the person sitting at the cash register if I could please pay the bill, but the person in charge wasn't there right now, so I couldn't. . I was told in a high-pressure manner to please wait, and I thought, Wow. The general account was running normally, but what does it mean that the emergency account cannot be handled? I was told to wait, so I waited for a while again, but even after waiting another 20 minutes, the meeting still didn't end. Honestly, I felt like I was about to collapse at any moment, so I went back to the emergency room and told them that no matter how long I waited, they still wouldn't give me the bill. (Sorry to the lady at the reception desk of the emergency department) The emergency bill had already been calculated and I could have just paid the money, but I had to wait unnecessarily. I was shocked that they thought it would be okay to keep them waiting. There are a lot of emergency patients and it's crowded, so it's natural to have to wait, so you'll have to wait. But did you have to stop the patient at that meeting? I was paying for general outpatient services normally, but why did I put off paying for emergency services? The locals have complete trust in Nakadori Hospital, and if anything happens, they will always go to Nakadori! was. But I'll never go again. My family won't go either. The office staff at Nakadori seem to have no desire to let sick patients go home as soon as possible. In fact, it seems like they think it's okay to keep them waiting. I hope no one feels the same way as me in the future.
