The doctor is kind and gentle, but I feel like the other staff members' behavior is sloppy and lacks consideration, which lowers my evaluation. I would like to see more effort put into employee training.

During the Obon period (around 11:00 AM on August 14th), I went to the outpatient clinic for fever. The doctor was very attentive and prescribed medication according to my physical condition. thank you very much.

Everyone at the reception and the teachers were kind and flexible. I am grateful. It's a new and clean hospital.

I like the teachers because they are kind and easy-going. The building was clean and the restrooms were comfortable to use. I thought it was a very good hospital.

I had a bad cough and went to the hospital. The night before, I couldn't sleep for about 3 hours due to coughing. When the doctor was examining me, it had mysteriously stopped. "I didn't go to the hospital right away. Why?" When I went to the doctor's appointment, I was asked, "Why?" and I ate noodles. I never expected someone to use words like this at a hospital. I later found out that the doctor in charge was the director of this hospital. I told the doctor. "Please give me some medicine for my cough and medicine for my sore throat." I got some medicine at the pharmacy, and when I got home I looked and saw that there were only 5 types of throat medicine... Thanks to that, my cough hasn't stopped and I'm still coughing. I went to the hospital because I thought that the medicine at the hospital would be better than the over-the-counter medicine, but I spent about 1,700 yen in total, which was a waste of money. I should have bought over-the-counter medicine.
