I needed a Mitsubishi UFJ Bank passbook, so I went to open an account, but gave up. I don't know if the situation is the same for Mitsubishi UFJ Bank as a whole, but the structure of this branch is abnormal. Although he is a resident of Noborito, he may become a customer of another branch. (postscript) Mitsubishi UFJ Bank has a similar system overall, with most branches unable to take reservations. I don't want to deal with this bank if possible.
