  I came here to report an unfortunate incident in my family. Although it was the last minute before the counter was closed, they accepted us without showing any signs of being bothered. The procedure itself was carried out while receiving explanations from a person at a different center via screen and phone. The process was easy to understand and shared as much information as possible, making the process very smooth and reassuring. There seem to be a lot of harsh comments, but I have experienced customer service at other banks that is far from the above, so I would like to comment to show my support.

  The reception, bank staff, and parking lot are all poor. When I filled it out as the woman at the reception said and brought it to the counter, I was told that it would be a hassle to complete the procedure unless I also filled it out, and I was forced to pay for parking because the service was overtime...

  The problem goes beyond the attitude of bank employees, and the number of bank employees is too small. 1 floor guide, 1 security person, 1 counter person, and 3 people working in the bank. I think this is about 1/3 of the structure of other banks in Noborito, and it is located in front of Noborito Station. Of course, reservations are not available as they are full. I needed a Mitsubishi UFJ Bank passbook, so I went to open an account, but gave up. I don't know if the situation is the same for Mitsubishi UFJ Bank as a whole, but the structure of this branch is abnormal. Although he is a resident of Noborito, he may become a customer of another branch. (postscript) Mitsubishi UFJ Bank has a similar system overall, with most branches unable to take reservations. I don't want to deal with this bank if possible.
