  If you use the counter, we do not recommend this Mizonokuchi store. The arrangements are bad so you will have to wait a long time. If you just have to wait, you won't be able to move forward from the entrance if things get really bad. The system is that an elderly person, who is likely to be rehired, visits the company and then moves on, but this elderly person is inflexible. If there is even a slight problem, the story will not move forward until that problem is resolved. Don't call people. Even though the aunty employees were chatting behind the partition, they didn't offer any help and looked like they didn't know. I don't know about anyone other than big customers. I guess the style is to use an app. I always get in trouble even though I have minimal business at the counter. The counter is open until 3pm, so it would make a big difference if we could get one young person in.

  I recommend it if you have a lot of time! I think it would be better to study the app system thoroughly before going!

  The waiting chairs are facing sideways towards the counter, which is a bit interesting. I am grateful for the courteous service provided by the bank staff.

  There are many ATMs. Even if you wait in line, your turn will arrive in a short amount of time. It is very helpful to have a special passbook carryover machine, which is rare. There are some kind women inside the store during business hours, but it's just a normal city bank. There is no parking lot. The two ATMs next to the ticket gates of Tokyu Mizonokuchi Station are also convenient.
