::He had a bad attitude not only to foreigners but also to Japanese people. The same goes for other branches, but I feel like ufj looks down on its customers. Customer service that cannot be found at other banks (33 Bank and Ogaki Kyoritsu) I guess he has a lot of pride

::I thought that was a very unpleasant and bad experience, I speak japanese and went there with a friend to help him to open an account to receive his salary. They were completely ignorant for the fact he couldn't speak japanase very well, the clerk was absolutely rude with me when I tried to help him, she was like "shut up I am speaking to him", the security guy treat him with very rude way and just turn his back on him and left him speaking by himself , the first lady that come to talk to us was also focusing in the fact he doesnt speak and said if he doesnt speak he should leave cause we wont open a account on his name and keep saying that would take long and long time to attend him, just so see if we would go... I was like "What's going on with theses people, they completly ignored the fact I was there to help him with the barrier of speaking the language, I felt very insulted, Japan should know already that not everyone can learn japanese so easily and same things happens to japanese who goes abroad. I would understand if he went there by himself and couldn't express himself, but was completly lack of professionalism everyrhing we went through there just because "he couldn't speak enough japanese for them". For God sake, he probably would never had a problem and go there by himseld to solve it knowing that he doesn't speak the language. They completly lack of professionalism. Was pure prejudice. Shame on them! I never in 28 years living in Japan felt so bad like I did there. And I left there with less faith in humanity!
