::We ordered wakasagi tempura and himemasu sashimi set, two mini himemasu sushi. All food that we ordered are super yummy, the tempura set are crispy , and sashimi are fresh as well. Worth visiting 🥳

::Pork stew is indeed very melty and flavorful, mostly because they are very fatty pieces 🐖 they ran out of fresh fish, but the tempura fish was decent!

::Very nice pork soup. Pork just melt in your mouth. Strongly recommended. They also do take out, which is very good as most of the restaurant in this town close at 4 pm.

::This restaurant serves locally caught himemasu, the kokanee salmon. We had the himemasu tendon and stewed pork belly, which both were perfect. The fried salmon had a crunchy crust while the inside was juicy and soft. The pork belly was seasoned just right and super tender. They also serve himemasu sashimi which I'd love to try next time I visit. Would recommend!
