  Friendliest front desk staff I've ever had in Japan. Super kind middle aged man who made sure we had all the amenities we needed, made check in super easy, and was all around very friendly. Also hotel is super conveniently located for bars and Hirosaki Castle.

  First time ever in japan being treated so RUDELY!!!! Especially this male middle aged staff working on 26/oct/23 night shift. All I did was asking how the washing machine is being used as all settings are in Japanese, but all he say is insert 200yen and walked off. So I called him back and asked about the buttons, he came back looking annoyed and "HUH" at me LOUDLY which is extremely rude in Japanese culture. RUDE MAN BAD SERVICE! NEVER BACK AGAIN! Even with the help of another lady with excellent customer service, DONT THINK OF BOOKING IF ONE DOES NOT SPEAK JAPANESE.

  AC not working, too hot in the room. Requested non-smoking room but they gave me smoking room without telling me. It was advertised that free parking on site but they said they sold out? So, I had to find my own parking somewhere and pay for it. The front desk guy don't seem like he wants to help me at all. Will never stay here again.

  Very nice location near the castle park (3 min walk) and 25 min walk away from Hirosaki station. Free traditional breakfast, rooms a bit small thought

  A business hotel that's showing its age. Plus side is the location, it's very central. Downside is the room is very small, not much space at all. But if you want somewhere tou can get your head down for the night then it's worth a look
