I made a reservation for the Chef's Omakase Course 💡 I don't like the bones and fishy smell of fish, so I tend to avoid fish dishes even though I don't dislike them, but I was surprised when I saw this fish dish 👀 I ate it. I'm even more surprised👀!! ️I was so impressed💓I was so impressed that I want to choose the fish course next time I visit here! Starting with the carpaccio-style salad of the 93rd sea bream that the chef caught in Mutsu Bay, to the cappuccino-style vegetable potage, to the main fish and meat dishes, to the dessert, each item is carefully prepared and delicious to the eye.
