::Modern Tei Taiyoken Nationally designated registered tangible cultural property Designated by Kawagoe City as an important urban landscape building, etc. 2004 Sai no Kuni Landscape Award As you walk down alleys through an area lined with warehouse-style buildings, a pale pink building catches your eye. This building, which exudes the atmosphere of the good old Taisho era, is Taiyoken, which was built in 1929. It has been designated as a nationally registered tangible cultural property. The first floor is a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal while being bathed in light filtering through stained glass. The second floor is a seating area where you can enjoy a Taisho romantic atmosphere that combines Japanese and Western style. (From Kawago Yell HP)

::After all, store staff are important. It was a very good response. Even though I (probably) made the wrong time, they responded in a really nice manner. The food was more delicious than the price, especially the fried shrimp, which was big and plump. *It is famous for being the filming location for Kamen Rider Den-O (starring Takeru Sato), so there were photos on display. It was a wonderful shop in many ways. I would like to visit you again.
hi t
::Lunch in Kawagoe. The fried shrimp, a Western dish that is registered as a national tangible cultural property, is quite filling and delicious. Although it was Golden Week, I was able to relax.

::A stylish and cute Western restaurant in a historic building. My family of three stopped by for lunch. Choose the most popular "Modern-tei Western Food Set" from the three lunch courses. The large fried shrimp and crispy cutlets stand out, but I personally liked the tomato-flavored pot-au-feu. The fact that it is called ice cream rather than ice cream gives a sense of the times. The taste is well-balanced for a Western restaurant, and you can spend a slightly more elegant time surrounded by light-colored stained glass. The male customer service was good, but the female Hall seemed to be in a hurry from beginning to end. . It was a little disappointing. In any case, it is recommended as one of the options for sightseeing in Kawagoe. Thank you for the meal.
