  I visited around 14:00 to exchange some coins. After counting and rewriting the documents, when I lined up at the general reception desk to submit them, I was told, ``Okay, please sit here.'' I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes early. 10 or more people who came later will be able to leave first. The number remains on hold.
