  On February 3rd, I opened a new account designated by the company. I was told that a cash card with suica functionality would be sent to me within 2-3 weeks, but as of February 24th, it still hasn't arrived. When I asked on February 18th when the cash card would be sent, I received a reply that it would be sent on February 21st. There is no way that if you send it on February 21st it won't arrive on February 24th. You're a liar. If it wasn't specified by the company, I would never do business with it.

  I went through the procedure because the magnetic information on my cash card was damaged and I could no longer use it. It was lunch time on the 25th, payday, so it was very crowded. The lady who guided us was very prompt and said she would be in trouble, but the counter was the worst. I understand that it will take some time since you are busy, but I would like to know how long you will have to wait and why you should wait. I don't think they try to understand the customer's dissatisfaction.

  Do not buy into this banks securities advice. I have nothing but bad advice from them finally after wasting time from listening to it.
