::2024/08/12 I arrived at the ferry pier at night, so I stopped by. The location is difficult to find, but it's close to the ferry pier and you can easily get there using Google Maps. Facilities include several rooms with tatami flooring, a kitchen, and a toilet. There are no showers, so you can use a nearby public bath. 7-Eleven is nearby. There was no air conditioning and it was hot, so it was a little difficult to sleep. It was a windy day with a typhoon approaching, so when I slept with the window open, the wind rattled the sliding door, which was annoying. Not recommended for nervous people.

::This is my second time using it after 5 years. When I called, they said they didn't take reservations, so first come first served? I think so. Place the bike in front of the shutter. The room is on the right after going up the stairs on the left. 1st night 1,300 yen 2nd night 800 yen (mysterious discount) There is a decent amount of room, and you can store your luggage. Although rentals are available, we recommend that you bring your own sleeping bag and mat since you can stay overnight at this price. The bathroom is 5 or 6 minutes away by bike, so I think it's a good idea to go there. It was convenient because it was close to the downtown area of Hakodate. thank you very much.

::Although it is called Rider House, it is an inn where travelers can stay, even if they are not traveling by bicycle or motorcycle, by train or bus. The owner is a friendly old man. 1,300 yen per night without meals, 800 yen for consecutive nights (as of August 2022). A small fry style where you bring your own basic bedding. The surrounding area is not a tourist spot, so it is a quiet environment. The bicycle parking space in front of the shutter is equipped with a surveillance camera. Starting from the 2022 season, the toilets will be flush and washlet-equipped. The washing machine costs 100 yen per load, and there is no dryer, but if you don't have a lot of clothes, there are hangers so you can hang them in your room or outside the window. There is a coin laundry at the Omachi tram intersection where you can use a gas dryer for 100 yen for 13 minutes, so I recommend taking your laundry there just to dry your clothes. The baths are closed at 7:00pm or 7:30pm after Taishoyu (the closing time varies depending on the day of the week) and after that, you can go to Yachigashira Onsen. There is a 7-Eleven and Max Value nearby so I don't have any trouble shopping. There are also several small bars, so even if you're alone, you might not have trouble finding someone to talk to.

::Location is excellent. The floor was clean. There is a washing machine. A very good price. The toilet is bad. But 7-11 is just around the corner
