::Visited again after quite a long time. Probably for the first time in 5 years. This soy sauce ramen has a strong flavor and a refreshing dashi soup. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the soup, which is completely the same as before. I can't believe you used to be able to eat this for 500 yen. I'm surprised that it's now 800 yen, but I guess it can't be helped...

::2024.06 Jazz BGM is playing inside the store. It's not your typical greasy Chinese restaurant. And, rather high, coolness takes precedence. And he clearly states, ``I will not leave my tissues behind.'' Maybe I'm confident. But it didn't suit me, unfortunately. (I'm not saying it's not delicious, it just doesn't go well with it) It's too cool, you put a tissue on it (there's a poster), and it's not that good! There's a brown bear nearby.

::My family used it. I ordered the special chashu, sansho salt, and clam salt ramen. All of them had different soup stock, and the noodles were changed to match the soup, so I was satisfied. At first, the sansho has an impact and is delicious, but the tingling sensation from the sansho continues, so personally I thought it would be better to use something other than sansho at this restaurant (lol) Parking is limited, so when it gets crowded. It looks like you'll have to wait a long time, so I recommend going early.

::I had the wonton soba with dried salted sardines. The visuals are beautiful, but that's about it. It's kind of like ramen... There was a lot of oil in it for salt ramen, and I was left feeling pretty sluggish after I finished eating it. The harmful effects of oil are not only a burden on the stomach and intestines, but they can also be found in wontons. The oil slick prevents the temperature from dropping forever, so it's not a good idea to enjoy the wontons while they're extremely hot. Wontons cannot be slurped together with noodles and eaten separately. Overall, it has a strong taste that sticks to your tongue, and is not as delicate as the visuals. Thick menma is good, but it's hard and has some strings that you can't chew, so you'll have to eat them individually at once. I would like people to pay a little more attention to the progress of eating the entire contents of the bowl and the taste.
