The soup is rich and rich, with a slightly spicy and roasted flavor. A wide variety of vegetables are boiled and crunchy! The noodles are yellow, straight, medium-thin noodles that are hard-cooked and have a smooth texture. There are many types of gyoza, and you need to take your number tag to the cash register!

::I had the classic miso ramen at the historic Dosanko Shiozawa branch, and it was very nostalgic and delicious. I also had motsuni, which was very delicious. I wanted to try the other limited menu items as they looked delicious. The cost performance is good, and if I lived in the neighborhood, I would go to this store every day.
