::Nice flavors and good chewy texture of noodles. You can select different portion sizes, with the biggest size for a surcharge. The level of spices can be chosen yourself. I took spicyness level 4/6, and it was still not too spicy. You can mix your noodles with the sauces which makes it a flavor bomb. Overall, good experience.

::Amazing food experience. We loved it. Just be careful with the level of spice. We chose the level 3 and it was really really spicy.

::Our last meal in Okinawa, right after finishing the ramen from the opposite side of this shop. Queued for a little while before being seated. The noodle in this place has a different style with any other place that we have ever tried, quite salty fo us, but the taste is actually really nice. The instructions on how to eat is also being displayed in the menu.

::It's a really nice soba noodle place. The place is nice and clean, there is a touch screen with English, Korean and other languages so it is very easy to order. When you order all the prices are shown, there are 4 choices, plain noodles, plain with cheese, spicy or spicy with cheese. You then choose the size and thickness of your noodles- small medium or large. I got the spicy version with medium cut noodles, and it was really nice. Basic price is 1050Yen for spicy and 950 YEN for normal. You can add extra toppings like onions, natto, scallions, cheese, and a bunch of other things. Most extra toppings are 80 Yen. The food comes with egg and some meat on top. Mix it together and enjoy. Enjoy with a draft Orion for 550yen on these hot days. I would recommend this place. No waiting and good food.

::This place deserves 6 out of 5 stars. The noodles are just amazing!! On our trip in Japan, we ate at 20-30 ramen and noodles places, this place had the best dry noodles of them all!! They’re served in beautiful Okinawa ceramic bowls. On top of that, the interior, the music, the atmosphere - all were just great! The owner Mr. Ohtani (who has the same name like Japan’s most famous player Shohei Ohtani) was incredibly kind. We talked passionately about baseball and our common love for food. It was a beautiful ending to our Japanese trip. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
