::If you're coming to the Kanazawa area you must stay here. The food is amazing, the staff are lovely and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Many rooms have their own onsen baths with wonderful natural views. Matsusaki is an amazing getaway close to the city.

::We had a great experience at Matsusaki, our first Ryokan in Japan, and reached our expectations, Easy to access from the closest JR station if you organize with them a Bus pick up a few days before, only 20 min drive from the station. I suggest arriving early to enjoy the two different baths, the roof open-one is amazing. The room is a little old but the dinner, breakfast, and amazing hospitality from the team especially thank you, Natalie, she really made our especially even more enjoyable and special, Thank you very much Matsusaki

::A revitalizing and refreshing end to a two week trip in Japan. All of the staff were amazing, polite, courteous, and delightful to interact with. We had a room in the new wing which came with a private onsen large enough for a couple. Thank you for having us.

::When people ask me what my favorite part of my 2 week Japan trip was, no doubt it was my experience at Matsusaki. The service was impeccable and the meals were out of this world. My bf and I stayed for 2 nights in the family room with private onsen and had the best 2 nights of sleep in a very long time. This felt like a vacation within a vacation. Our experience here was so delightful and we will never forget the incredible food and kindness from our hosts. We loved it!

::Had a lovely visit. Natalie was our hostess for our stay. She speaks Japanese, English and Spanish which was so helpful. The traditional dinner and breakfast served in our room was delicious. We also enjoyed the onsen, both the public and outdoor baths. We also had an in-room evening massage which was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!
