I received a letter of introduction from my family doctor and had tonsil surgery. The examination and surgery were conducted by the vice director. I was worried after reading past reviews, but the examination was thorough. The nurses were very responsive from the pre-hospital examination to the hospital stay. The doctor also took the trouble to talk to me before and after the surgery. I was able to spend my time in the hospital with peace of mind, knowing that if I had any trouble while in the hospital, please let me know. Even after the surgery, he visited me every day except Sundays and holidays to check on my progress. It was true that the equipment in the hospital room had deteriorated to some extent. The people at the reception are busy. It's neither good nor bad. I'm glad I had the surgery.

I brought my father to the hospital because he was suffering from ringing in his ears for the first time in 30 years since I went there when I was a child. I was a little worried because it had been a long time since I'd seen so many negative reviews, but the receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all very smiling and kind. The explanations were easy to understand, and I was relieved that my father, who can be difficult to understand, said it was a good idea.

I have been going to this hospital for 15 years. There was always a female doctor in charge who listened to me kindly and gave me thorough and easy-to-understand treatment, but that female doctor hasn't been around for the past few years, and I went to the hospital with a stuffy nose for the first time in a while. I went to see him, but he didn't examine me and said, ``Okay, I'll give you some medicine.'' Although he was a male doctor, I felt he was far from a good doctor. I'll never be able to do it again. Goodbye

The examination time was less than 1 minute. What do we know? What happened? If you say that you think you have hay fever, I will give you the usual medicine...only. I don't even say what's wrong. As a medical professional, this is unthinkable. Until a few years ago, he was a little more empathetic and talked to me, but today's middle-aged, older-looking teachers were cold. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

First of all, I honestly don't understand why there are so many low ratings. All the doctors and nurses, including the reception staff, were very kind. The doctor in charge answered all my questions with thorough explanations, and even suggested treatments that would save me time and treatment costs. Moreover, unlike treatment fees, referral letters tend to be charged at exorbitant rates, but the total amount paid was surprisingly small. This is proof that they are not profit-oriented. When I look at the low ratings, I wonder if they're rating the wrong hospital by mistake. To be honest, before I visited this hospital, I was scared after seeing the harshly worded and low evaluation comments, but the medical treatment and response were brilliant, easily outweighing my concerns. Additionally, I was referred to another hospital, which would not normally occur (the procedure was a little unusual due to the circumstances of the other hospital), but even though it was a break, they handled it without making a single unpleasant face. For those who received low ratings, perhaps there was some problem with the person receiving the treatment? I usually don't give 5 stars because no matter how good the store or facility is, it seems like a lie, but I would give this hospital 5 stars. *Please note that people who give low ratings tend to give low ratings at other restaurants and hospitals as well (this is what is called a "complainer's temperament").
