::Female customer service is the worst. Maybe he's drunk, but he does whatever he wants, including hitting and biting. I was ordered and charged for additional drinks that I didn't even agree to. Although it is not a rip-off, it is a very rude and opaque charge, so it is best to refrain from using it in business situations.
