  Great little grocer with affordable foods and goods. Everything you need for a vacation stay or road trip and conveniently located near the train stations. Excellent spot!

  Good selection of reasonably priced food. Not the best selection of prepared food but plenty of options. There is also a small area for hanging out and eating food you purchase there if you want.

  Huge supermarket located about 8 minutes walk from Nikko JR station. This was my first sighting of square shaped persimmon and it tasted really good. Wasn't expensive either. Normally we would peel the skin but since we were traveling and didn't have a peeler we ate it with the skin on and it was very good. Lots of produce and snacks and even ready made food that can be reheated in the microwave they provided. There is also a small area to eat in. Credit cards are accepted.

  Probably the largest supermarket in Nikko. Conveniently located at just a few minutes' walk from train station. It's an essential place to go for your stuff such as snacks, drinks and meals. For the budget travelers, hang around the mart in the evening, where many of the bentos, packed meals will go on discounts. There are even a couple of tables and microwave there for you to fix up a quick meal. Highly recommended!!
