    [June 2024] I visited to celebrate my birthday! I couldn't forget the tartare-like cylindrical squid that I ate three years ago with small pieces of seafood in it, so I went back to see it (lol), although it wasn't there this time. It was a omakase course for lunch, and all the dishes were delicious! This is my favorite French restaurant in Kashiwa, as it looks beautiful, the flavors stir your imagination, the contrast of flavors is wonderful, and the portions of each dish are not too small. I regret not being able to drink wine because I went there by car 😋 [June 2021] I visited to celebrate my birthday! It was delicious! Due to the coronavirus, they didn't serve alcoholic beverages, but it's definitely a dish that would pair well with wine 🍀

    We had a fish and meat course for lunch. The interior has a modern atmosphere. The plate is SPAL (grape) with a high design. As for cutlery, a light and slim knife, fork, and spoon are lined up on the right side, and are shared for everything from appetizers to fish and meat dishes. It doesn't have a heavy or luxurious feel, but rather a casual feel like a bistro. The two-person operation seems to be busy. There was a slight lack of leeway when it came to food service. The food was visually pleasing and delicious, but I think the young and talented chef still has a lot of room to grow. ---------- Below is information about each dish. [Appetizer∶ Scallop and sardine salad with garlic and potato mayonnaise sauce] The sauce has a strong garlic aroma. The presence of potatoes is modest. It is sprinkled with powdered cheese, giving it a mellow richness. The vegetables used are locally sourced, such as lettuce, celery, radish, and zucchini, all of which are delicious. It's a good vegetable that tastes fresh. The scallops have a sweet shrimp-like sweetness and a rich aroma of the ocean. You can also enjoy the flavor of sardines in the sourness of shime sardines. 【bread】 Rich grain aroma. It has a sweet taste. No butter etc. provided. There is a charge for refills (¥120). [Soup∶ Cold soup with fresh onions] It's a sweet soup. The presence of onions is modest. Finely crushed nuts give it a aromatic, rich, and oily feel. I can also feel the spice like ginger. [Fish dish: Poiled flounder] The surface is crispy and the white meat is rich and plump. The fish itself has a salty taste. I found the texture of the Romanesco (a type of cauliflower) that came with the garniture interesting. [Meat dish: Beef cheek braised in red wine] When you put it in your mouth, the fibers of the meat become soft and fall apart. The gelatin is also thick. It is a sweet sauce. Garniture is served with rare vegetables (hanakkori?, tsurumurasaki?). 【wine】 I had a glass of wine. Recommended wine will be served. ■Vouvray (white, French Loire Chenin Blanc variety) It has a slightly sweet and gorgeous fruitiness. This is an easy-drinking wine. ■Panamera (white California Chardonnay) It has a rich sweetness reminiscent of honey. ■(Red French Langdog Syrah) I also felt a berry aroma and a light peppery flavor.     There are table seats and counter seats. Lunch and dinner are course meals. There aren't many seats, so it's best to make a reservation. The atmosphere is casual and the kitchen is clean. The food is elaborate and delicious. There are also many vegetables as garnishes. The presentation is also beautiful. There is no parking lot, so you will have to use a nearby coin parking lot.

    The young couple worked diligently to ensure that they had a great time with their loved ones on their special day, and of course the food was delicious, making it a wonderful experience. The staff's hospitality was also top-notch, and with this quality, I wonder how much I would have to pay for a prime location in Tokyo. It's so perfect that I thought. The dessert after the meal wasn't too heavy, and the coffee was really delicious. I hope you have a wonderful dinner with your loved ones.

    A wonderful dining experience thanks to the warm welcome given us by Chef Kayamori and his wife. The food was of the highest quality, matched by the artistic presentation of each dish. The wine list was adequate and very reasonably priced. We are already looking forward to our next visit!. Merci Chef et å bientôt!
