::Great views of Kobe’s harbor. Service was amazing. Room service food was good, bed was amazing, and the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Perfect spot for a couple.

::We stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. The rooms are beautiful and the location is excellent. Just don't expect much in the way of service quality. We were astonished. Not only lacking in professionalism but also impolite. This was the case when communicating with them in both English and Japanese. Also, be aware that amenities and the spa service are available only for female guests. If you book breakfast, you're not welcome in the restaurant and must select a 15-minute time window to receive breakfast in your room, and if you check in late might not be able to choose your preferred time slot. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

::Stayed 1 night at La Suite Kobe and it was an impromptu decision when we passed by the hotel. Check-in process was smooth and service was immaculate. We got the luxurious King room and oh god it was the biggest room we stayed in Japan. Comes with a tatami room as well and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Kobe Port. Not to mention the big Jacuzzi tub that also has a blinded view of the port. Only small hiccup was the air conditioning being centralised so it gets a little too warm during winter and you will need to open the balcony doors to let some natural air in. Staff was helpful enough to provide us with a Dyson Fan. Kobe Harbourland, mosaic is just right beside the hotel but convenience store is a little far. Overall, a 10/10 experience for couples who just want a relaxing day out of the city area.

::We stayed here for our anniversary and enjoyed our stay. One day, we were walking around harbor land and was amazed at the location and appearance of the hotel. We decided that we should stay here in the future and we have no regrets. The rooms are great and spacious, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the service was exceptionally wonderful. We had breakfast included and the many kinds of bread was amazing, along with the pumpkin soup we had. I have stayed at other hotels nearby and this one is definitely our go to. It might be a little pricey, but was worth every penny.

::We loved this hotel! The room was enormous and it was beautifully and elegantly decorated. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the room has a great atmosphere, and included incense and soft music playing on the TV as soon as you entered. We felt like celebrities. One thousand percent recommend this hotel. We were only in Kobe one day, but if we'd known how wonderful this place was going to be we'd have stayed longer and made the trek back from Osaka each night since it really isn't that far.
