  I'm commenting because I can't control my anger. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and a non-smoking room. However, the display on the reservation site is confusing, so maybe that's the reason. Maybe it was my mistake, so I booked another hotel. I asked an employee who was knowledgeable about the hotel to come to my room and ask for advice, including whether I should change the reservation site. He didn't come even at the appointed time. In the end, it was determined that the hotel's sincerity and customer service skills were lacking. I will never use that booking site or this hotel again.

  The bathroom and walls felt old, but considering the price, it was OK. I appreciate that the pajamas come in a top and bottom set. It was helpful to have amenities ranging from makeup remover to emulsion at the front desk. About 7-10 minutes walk from Kobe Expressway Station. It's about an extra 5 minutes from Kobe Station. There's also a convenience store downstairs, which is convenient.

  I accedently booked a smoking room , the reception would not change it saying the hotel was full when it was evedantly not the case The hotel claims to have a restaurant which is why we chose it, not true, there is a restaurant next door which the hotel has no control over, A 2km walk to the next restaurant with my problems with mobility was not apprechiated All in all a poor result for a very nice town

  Good clean hotel. Towels supplied and each room has a bidet.

  The curry restaurant was very good for very reasonable price.
