  Staff are friendly and do their best to help us. One thing you have to notice is they only have public bathrooms, so if you somewhat feel embarrassed about bathing in public, I suggest you go to take a shower earlier or later, as they are not crowded in the afternoon or before midnight.

  Great gateway for family. Fantastic buffet for dinner and breakfast. Room was so good for small kids crawling around. All services and reps are so nice, always attentive to assist us politely.

  We enjoyed this hotel very much. The buffet meals were delicious and during the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff were very careful about sanitizing, having guests wear masks and gloves, and so on. Our young child enjoyed the Colombian hammocks on the 3F, and the wooden toy corner on the 2F. We also appreciated the yukata, coin laundry and free wifi. And we got lots of yummy omiyage. 2 suggestions— Make the telescope viewing of the moon easier to find. We had to walk down a long dark corridor, go out into a bus parking lot in pitch darkness and when we go to the observatory, there were no staff there. To get to the telescope we needed to walk up a dark winding staircase and by this stage my 5yo was completely spooked and begged to go back to our room. Also, I wish that the windows were cleaner. I get that in nature and near the sea takes its toll on windows and it’s hard to access the outside of 3F window, but on ground floors, it would be great if the outside received a regular cleaning.

  Very nice place, quite and beautiful. i spend a weekend and i use the onsen and have a fantastic dinner. i recommend this place to spend a very nice moment. the beachis close to this place you can enjkoy a walk
