  Rooms were very dusty, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the carpets were stained beyond recognition. The windows had greasy fingerprints on the inside. The public bath was very small, and the bin to collect used towels was completely overflowing. It's also located in a very industrial/factory area, though the view is nice if you just look straight ahead. We got given another room, but it was the same...and there were used sanitary napkins in the bathroom. Yuck. I felt bad for the people working there, because they were trying so hard and none of these things is their fault (with the exception perhaps of the dirty rooms). The staff were very friendly and apologetic, and I imagine they work for an owner who doesn't want to put any more money or staff into the place. Too bad. The owner should be embarrassed. On the good side, the breakfast was great and reasonably priced, and again, the staff were trying very hard to make everything right, but it's pretty hard in an old place like that. Needs an update and more cleaning staff.

  Dated facilities, but friendly and helpful staff. Location is not great but nice if you like seeing shipyards. Nice bbq and on site pool, but not much else to do.
