  The young male staff's response was the worst. Loud private conversation that can be heard by customers is very unpleasant. The manga booth has a ladder (or rather a footstool) for short people like me. It was quiet on weekdays when I visited, but it seems to be crowded on weekends and holidays. There was basically everything, so It might be great for people who say, ``I came to Niigata for fun, but a hotel would be a waste of money...'' It's cheap and beautiful, but it's not suitable for people who are concerned about small details such as ``I'm bothered by the little noises around me'' or ``There's trash in the cracks in the seats in the private booths...''   I often use a private room with a lock on my Niigata expeditions. The facilities are clean and the staff are very accommodating. When I stayed there in the past, I was locked out because the battery in the key to the private room with a lock had run out, but they responded smoothly and kindly.
