::The taste is on a level that sets it apart from the other tonkatsu restaurants in the area. This time I had the 400g loin fillet set meal with rosé. This time, out of two types of pork, I chose Hyuga Aji pork, which the store staff recommended. The meat is tender and the flavor is delicious even with the salt. In the case of rosé, the meat may be red in some places, so if you don't like rawness, it's best not to use rosé. Also, you can only choose the degree of frying with the set meal. I recently visited Seizo because I really wanted to try some delicious tonkatsu after hearing about it, and it was worth it. Even though it's a rosé, it's not fried at a low temperature for a long time, so it can't compete with Seikura, but it's still good enough for a tonkatsu that you can eat relatively close to home. Please note that the prices are higher than the website.

::This is a tonkatsu specialty store located on the 1st floor of Fukai Station. It seems like it's been about 5 years since it opened. I ordered loin cutlet and fillet cutlet, but they said they didn't come with sauce and were meant to be eaten with salt. When I tried eating it, the quality of the pork cutlet was limp and hard, which I didn't like. There was only a small amount of salt on the side, and I couldn't disguise it with the sauce, so it was the toughest pork cutlet I've ever had at various restaurants. I'm not looking for mange or epais, but the store is clean, so I would like to go there again if they improve it! ! This is just my personal opinion, I'm sure some people will like this flavor.
