::Note to all, there is a shuttle bus service from the station to the hotel, you don't have to walk.

::Nice hotel and worth paying the bit extra for the corner tower rooms that are more spacious. About a 1km walk to the station but lots of nice local restaurants close by.

::Best stay in Japan so far! Rooms were spacious and super clean, service was amazing. The staff were so nice to us they had little events on during the new years. It wasn’t close to all the hustle and bustle and restaurants but it was a nice 10min walk to anything. Would stay here again and recommend.

::Good location, nice reception, small room (typical Japanese size) and Japanese breakfast only. We borrowed a bike from the hotel to ride it to restaurants around the hotel, as it was cold outside. Bicycle shorten the trip so it was convenient. Must reserve the bike as they have only 3 bikes here.

::The hotel located in the area of government buildings. It is therefore very good for business people. The hotel itself had five restaurants. But because we did not arrange for hotel breakfast, it was a bit difficult to get breakfast around the hotel. There was a convenient store nearby. And there was a famous unagi restaurant 浜名屋 right behind the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Reception gave us a high floor room with beautiful city view. Appreciate that. The hotel had three big car parks. Hotel guest needed to pay parking fee of 1000 yen for throughout the stay, which I thought reasonable. The hotel was actually well located - close enough to the sightseeing spots such as Zenkoji Temple, art museum and the city centre.
