::This time we used a private room on the second floor! All of the meals were delicious, and although I'm not usually a big fan of eel, the eel terrine was excellent! The store clerk's explanation was thorough and pleasant. Some people may feel that the speed at which the food is served is slow, but I thought it was just the right speed for eating while talking! I definitely want to repeat it! I don't know if I can make a reservation, but next time I'd like to do it on the first floor!

::There was a lack of information that the first floor was open for business. This time it's on the 2nd floor. I was about 20 minutes late for my reservation due to traffic congestion and the parking lot being full, but I was able to get a seat comfortably. The private room has an aged feel and looks different from the photo. The food was delicious. Perhaps the food was prepared with the speed of drinking alcohol in mind, but I felt sleepy as it was slow. I don't think it's the kind of store you would wander into by yourself.

::I have been interested in the Ginza store for some time, and decided to visit it before my business trip to Kochi. The first floor seems to only be open when the head chef is in Kochi, and is closed for about half of the year. You can enjoy a variety of Kochi ingredients such as seared bonito, Tosa beef, and vegetables in the best possible way. The dishes that come out, such as salt made exclusively for ingredients by a salt craftsman and sauces made with seasonal vegetables, bring out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest, and are all masterpieces. The carefully selected tableware also makes your meal more enjoyable. The sake and wine pairing went well together and we had a great time.

::Great experience, extremely friendly staff and amazing food. I'll always remember my stay in Kochi, they have much more to offer than their absolutely amazing Katsuo. We found Izariya by mistake and it was actually the highlight of our stay in Kochi. If I ever go back to Kochi, I'll go back there 110% sure...completely worth the price.
