::Located right outisde the metro station hanshin. Near many other stations as well if you need to travel elsewhere. Room is quite spacious based on Japan standard. Check in done via self serve kiosk.

::Perfect location. Direct bus from Kansai airport. JR station is next to the hotel. Bus terminal is right next to the JR, going to Nagoya and other cities

::Disclaimer: I had a holiday rate which may have made me feel better about my stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how the room and bathroom was just slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. The complementary water is already in the room. Everything was clean and tidy, and I liked the Stephen Knoll bathroom products. I was also offered a selection of complementary single use skincare products which was also a nice surprise. The location is also very convenient to the station, and there is a supermarket in the neighbouring building. My favourite point is the presence of USB power ports which is convenient for travellers.

::Very nice experience, clean comfortable room, same service than much more expensive hotels around. Yes the room is small but for Japanese standard it’s normal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great: you can walk everywhere at anytime, no time wasted in transportation. The beds are very uncomfortable. The furniture is simple but modern and smartly made. Bathroom was very clean and luminous. They give you a nice grooming set. My air conditioner was working very well and I had no problem with this at all. The only thing I would have changed is to have more storage for my luggages but I tucked them behind the bed and it was fine for 5 days. I highly recommend.
