  Outstanding bathroom. Happy hour service (a glass of beer at 100yen!) was a good surprise. Not super close to the stations but OK enough. Will definitely stay again when I visit Kobe next time

  The front desk repeatedly asked the same question for 4 times, and put the key heavily on the desk, lousy service with bad attitude to foreign travelers.

  Best value hotel I have stayed in all of Japan. The room is very modern and comfortable soft bed. It has so many extra facilities, public bath (sento) even a pretty decent gym. I have spend more on capsule hotels. Even had a later than most check out of 11am rather than 10am (an extra hour to have a bath or go to gym). Would give 6 stars if I could.
